The Armed Forces Museum is a military history museum located in Kumasi, Ghana, and was established in 1953. The museum is located in the Kumasi Fort and mainly displays military equipment, artifacts and items related to the Anglo-Afghan War, including ordnance, uniforms, photos and medals. It is worth mentioning that the museum was once a historical witness to the famous heroine Yaa Asantewaa's confrontation with the British colonists.
