Located in the northern city of Tamale, Ghana, Tamale Central Mosque is one of the most representative Islamic religious buildings in the region. With a three-story structure, a unique green dome and a towering minaret, it can accommodate thousands of believers. It has a history of more than 150 years and has been rebuilt and renovated many times. It was recently renovated by the Ghanaian government.
