The Rijksmuseum is the largest museum in the Netherlands, located in the Museum Square in the center of Amsterdam. It was built in the late 18th century and officially opened in 1885. The museum houses a large number of paintings from the Dutch Golden Age, such as Rembrandt's "Night Watch" and Vermeer's "The Milkmaid", as well as sculptures, applied art, Asian art and other collections.
