Located in Salta, Argentina, Cuesta del Obispo (Bishop's Slope) is a winding unpaved road with many sharp switchbacks along the way. It runs from the Piedra de Molino Pass to the Escoip Valley and offers great views of the Casca Mountains and Cafayate Canyon, as well as the chance to spot condors, by car or by bike.
