The La Tertulia Museum in Cali is an important cultural venue in Colombia. Founded in 1956, it consists of 3 buildings and displays more than 1,500 works of American art, especially Colombian art. The museum is also a cultural center that hosts lectures, independent film screenings and other activities throughout the year.
