Tangier is an ancient city and seaport in northern Morocco, and the capital of Tangier Province. It is located at the mouth of the Tangier Bay in the Strait of Gibraltar, at the crossroads of world transportation, and has an important strategic position. It has a mild climate and is a famous tourist center with attractions such as the colorful ancient city and Cape Spartel Lighthouse.
