Visitors are able to walk along a transparent glass corridor on the top floor of the tower, unprotected and separated from the hundreds of meters of sky by the glass beneath their feet. Sky Box: This is a fully transparent glass room suspended from the side of the tower. Stepping into it is like being in the sky, with the city's traffic at your feet and the rolling hills and coastline in the distance. Sky Deck: Located on the top floor of the tower, 300 meters above the ground, the Sky Deck is the perfect place to enjoy panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur. Indoor Observation Deck (Observation Deck): The Observation Deck features a comfortable viewing area and information boards detailing the city of Kuala Lumpur and its history and culture. Thoughtful Play Guide

Transportation: You need to take a shuttle bus to Coffee Hill for rail transportation, otherwise you need to climb the hill on foot. The best way to get around is to grab a taxi, which will take you directly to the entrance at the base of the tower, no need to walk or transfer.

Tickets: Visitors usually buy the standard “Outdoor Observation Deck + Indoor Observation Deck” package, which is recommended to be purchased one day in advance on the online platform to avoid queuing up on the spot on the day. If you want to experience programs such as the Sky Walk or Transparent Glass Box, you need to purchase additional tickets.

Opening hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, we recommend choosing a sunny day to go there to get a better viewing experience.

Note: In case of bad weather, KL Tower may close the outdoor observation deck and some of the thrill rides, so it is best to avoid rain and thunderstorms when choosing a date to climb the tower. When experiencing the thrilling programs, be sure to follow the instructions of the staff and take proper safety precautions.

Alor Street Night Market: The famous Alor Street Night Market is a 15-minute grab ride from KL Tower. It is a food paradise, gathering all kinds of Malaysian specialties. One of the must-try is the “Fried Kway Teow”, a dish made of flat rice vermicelli with ingredients such as bean sprouts, eggs, shrimps and preserved sausages, which is quickly stir-fried over high heat with a special sauce. The fried kuey teow has an attractive color and aroma, the rice noodles are smooth and strong, the sauce is rich and mellow, and the various ingredients match each other with a rich texture, a bite down, full of Malaysian flavors, and a copy of the price of about RM 10 - 15.

Coconut Milk Rice Bistro: On Jalan Tun H.S. Lee near KL Tower, there is a popular coconut milk rice bistro. Coconut milk rice is known as Malaysia's “national dish” and this store's is particularly authentic. The rice is steamed in rich coconut milk, exuding a light coconut flavor, and is served with deep-fried golden and crispy chicken thighs, crunchy peanuts, salty dried small fishes, refreshing cucumbers, and special chili sauce. One bite of the rice is paired with a bite of the side dishes, and the sweet, salty, spicy, tangy, and freshness blend together in your mouth in a richly layered way that makes you want to savor the taste of the dish. A serving of coconut rice will cost you around MYR8 - MYR12.

Durian Dessert House: Durians are abundant in Malaysia and you can savor a variety of delicious durian-based desserts at the Durian Dessert House around KL Tower. For example, the “Durian Thousand Layer Cake”, fresh durian flesh layered with delicate cream, is wrapped in a thin, cicada-like crust. When you take a bite, the first thing you feel is the softness of the crust, followed by the rich and mellow durian flesh and sweet cream spreading out in your mouth, and the unique aroma of durian instantly fills the whole mouth, making you crave for more. A slice of durian lasagna costs around RM15 - RM20.
