Kpando Lake Mountain Zipline is the first zipline attraction in the Volta region of Ghana. It is located in the mountain resort of Kpando, overlooking the magnificent view of Lake Volta. The attraction officially opened on November 29, 2024, aiming to promote the development of local tourism. Visitors can experience a 700-foot-long zipline, flying about 30 to 40 feet above the ground, in addition to a 40-foot canopy walk and mountain climbing activities. Tickets are 100 Ghanaian Cedis, and an additional 50 Ghanaian Cedis entrance fee is required. Ghanaian children under 16 years old can enter free of charge. The attraction is open on public holidays and other dates convenient for tourists, but reservations must be made three days in advance.
