Mendoza Wine Region is the largest and most famous wine producing region in Argentina, producing 2/3 of Argentina's wine. It is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, with a nearly perfect cool climate and a complete irrigation system. It mainly grows grape varieties such as Malbec and is famous for producing rich and strong red wines.
